HOW THE SCORING WORKS
Four things exclude an org outright: you are outside its age limits, you are below the experience it realistically takes, it does not run cards anywhere you will travel, or you asked for sanctioned shows and it is not one. Those show up as a red line with the reason.
Everything else is points. Format overlap is worth the most, then whether the org is in your state or a drive away, then experience fit, pay, footage, and legal comfort. A no-rules club loses points if you said grey area is your limit. An org whose activity we could not confirm this year loses points too.
The scoring runs on the public subset of the Fight Club Finder dataset. The exact application routes, what each matchmaker selects on, and the message to send are in the kit ($37).

How does the quiz decide which fight club would take me?
It scores 33 organizations against your answers using the same dataset behind the Fight Club Finder: where each org runs cards, its minimum experience, age limits, whether it pays, whether it asks for footage, and its legal status. Hard limits (age, experience floor, travel) exclude an org outright; everything else adds or subtracts points, and every point comes with a sentence explaining it.
Which underground fight clubs take complete beginners?
The amateur backyard promotions do: StreetBeefs and its affiliates match by weight and experience and take people with no record; Rough N' Rowdy specifically recruits untrained fighters for three one-minute rounds; East Bay Rats lets anyone who turns up volunteer. The no-rules clubs (King of the Streets, UUF, FPVS) and the sanctioned bare-knuckle leagues (BKFC, BKB) want a background or a record.
Do I have to give my email to see the result?
No. The top result and the reasons behind it are free with no email. The full ranked list, including every org that would not take you and why, is sent to your email so you can come back to it.
Does the quiz guarantee a fight?
No. It tells you where an application is most likely to get a yes. Getting the yes is the application itself, which is what the Get On A Card kit is for: the exact route, what the matchmaker selects on, and a message written to it.
Is the data current?
Every application route in the dataset was opened and checked on 2026-09-15. Organizations change channels without notice, so the dataset carries a verification date rather than a promise.
